At Layer Artist, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/wrong item claims


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Used products

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Change of mind after purchase


3. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@layerartist.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order number, clear photos, and unboxing video.

  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


5. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases (damaged/wrong item), we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
    OR

  • A refund


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
